System was created under bigger project of name Adapticty. Main idea is connected to: Preparation of a strategy for adapting metropoly to the climate change using of climate maps and social participation. Flood risk prediction system is module of Warsaw city Geoportal. System using static and dynamic data and using Spatial raster algebra, in short time generate flood risk maps and many aggregates for analysis changes of risk in time.
