Hartford HealthCare Corporation (HHC), Connecticut’s most comprehensive integrated healthcare system, embarked on the journey of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) after running the Oracle BI Applications on-premise for more than 2 years. In today’s session, we will look at the challenges encountered during this transition and the approach implemented to ensure the smooth adoption of the new analytics platform. We will cover how this transition helped HHC to capitalize on cloud analytics, combine self-service and governed framework capabilities to achieve the best blend of self-service agility and operational consistency, develop custom visualizations using SDK to extend some of the capabilities provided by out-of-the-box visuals and enable the delivery of proactive insights via mobile devices.
